Okay, here's the tea.. I was literally my first ever clientÂ
And no, not in the “everyone’s their first client” kinda way—like, I was legit figuring sh*t out for myself in multiple areas of my life. It was messy as f*ck, but honestly? That’s just how it goes when you’re a multi-passionate ADHDer. 🤷‍♀️
Before I could help anyone else, I had to help myself. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked—and now I get to help YOU do the same (minus the chaos, promise).
So, let's talk about what makes me a human being just simply existing
Â
I’m a fat, no-BS eating disorder therapist from NJ who’s not afraid to drop an f-bomb (or five). I have found a passion for helping people make peace with their here-and-now bodies while teaching providers how to become badass body image experts. Oh, and I also help health and wellness business owners turn their passions into actual profit because you deserve to get paid for what you love. Whew, that was a lot, but that's what makes me who I am.Â
I run on caffeine (don’t even ask my coffee order—it’s an ADHD thing), am a proud cat mom, and you’ll probably find me with my nose in a book.. or let’s be real, listening to an audiobook while multitasking - chef's kiss.Â
The Professional things that kinda sorta matter.. Maybe??
👉🏼 Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey
👉🏼 Entered into an adjunct professor era?!?! Don't remember her..Â
👉🏼 Accidental entrepreneur & very proud of itÂ
👉🏼 Coached hundreds of helping providers feel more confident providing body image support
👉🏼 Turns out, I just love helping people. Now, I’m all about empowering burnt-out providers to do the damn thing they’ve always dreamed of—and do it unapologetically
GIVE ME THE DEETSSo, what can I do for you?Â
Maybe I should lead with that next time, but oh well, this is my website, and I make the rules.Â
Let me guess—you landed here because something’s not sitting right, and you’re ready for a change.
Maybe you’ve spent your whole life feeling invisible—like no one truly sees you. They just see someone who needs to “fix” their body before they’re worthy of being known.
Or maybe you’re a helping provider, and your stomach dropped last session when a client asked how to stop feeling like their body gets in the way of being intimate with their partner. You froze, not knowing where to even start.
Or you’re stuck in a 9-to-5 grind in the health and wellness field, doing work that props up someone else’s dream while you sit there thinking, “What about mine?”

More from the rearview mirror that you should know about...
I’ve always lived in a larger body, and let me tell you—it was something I was constantly told needed to be "fixed." My eating disorder? Completely overlooked, because what was getting diagnosed in others was basically being handed to me as a prescription.  I ended up getting bariatric surgery (where you see my cheetah tattoo today) which later came with many complications that I wish I would have known then.Â
I’m a recovering people-pleaser, learning how to be a courageous communicator.
I’ve always had a passion for helping people. So, I decided to dig into where that passion came from—and it led me back to school for counseling. I knew I wanted to help people feel truly seen, especially in the midst of their eating disorders. But before I could do that, I realized I had to help myself first. I had to heal my own body image before I could truly guide others.
Now, my whole approach is about living your best, unapologetically big, beautiful life—even when anxiety, stress, and body image pop up.
And here’s the kicker: While I was in therapy land, I realized I hit a limit. After 12-hour workdays, the best part of my day was showing up on IG. I felt more alive there than I did all day in therapy. And that’s how I accidentally became an entrepreneur.
