HEY FRIEND!
My name's Brianna - but my friends get to call me Bri.
I'm fat, fierce Eating Disorder trained therapist turned from northern New Jersey [my heart basically bleeds cheetah print]. Â
Iâm here to empower struggling body grieversÂź find radical body acceptance in their largest body, educate and transform providers into badass body image pros, and help health and wellness entrepreneurs turn their passions into profit.
Dream with me...
 Imagine you actually feel confident?Â
how would self trust
radically transform your life?Â
Whether youâre a Body GrieverÂź who wants to hate their body less, a dietitian ready to be fearless in the counseling room, or a therapist who knows they deserve to be charging moreâIâve literally been where you are. I became the coach I needed.Â
That's why I'm confident I can help you. Â

No matter how you learn bestâif youâre READY to show upâthereâs a space (and m a n y options to choose fromâ thanks, ADHD đ«Ą) for you to fit into my world.
âš From group coaching for those craving live connection and community
âš To self-paced courses for the independent solo study squad
âš Or 1:1 coaching to dig deep with a personalized, no-BS approach
You belong here.Â
And I'd be honored to be your guide. Let's do this, my friend.
What clients are saying about me:
"We all have bodies. We all have body image stuff to unpack. Helping clients unpack their body image stuff was an area that I felt like I didnât belong. How could I, as a thin white female, begin to help someone with their body image struggles!?!? Bri gave me the tools and confidence that I can help in this space and that I belong in this space because after all humans need to eat, humans have bodies, and bodies come with body image struggles."

ABOUT BRI:
....................
Iâm a mental health counselor turned body image coach, passionate about helping folks understand body image and teaching stuck Body GrieversÂź how to move from unavoidable grief to radical acceptance. I also support providers with tools to help their clients get unstuck
I run on caffeine and ADHD-fueled anxiety, and when Iâm not working, youâll find me snuggling my black cat child Olaf, getting lost in a good audiobook, or singing with my barbershop quartet (Pitch Perfect vibes, but a lot more old people đ¶).
IÂ know I am the provider to help you --
because I was you.Â
